Thank you, thank you, thank you to Josh for helping me today with making my electrical shopping so easy. It’s helpfulness and patience and knowledge from team members like Josh that keep me coming back to my Jonesboro Home Depot. 🎉🎉🎉😎😎😎. (To the best of my knowledge, this is the current and only Josh at Jonesboro HD).

They have a great variety of items but I didn't like how they literally watch you shop. Never experienced this until I shopped here. Only gave two stars for the flowers

As the owner of NEA Notary Solutions, I spend a lot of time on the road throughout Jonesboro and Northeast Arkansas, so finding pet-friendly businesses with a welcoming atmosphere is a huge plus. I recently stopped by The Home Depot with my Doberman, Luna, for some much-needed socialization training, and it was such a positive experience. The store was clean, spacious, and perfect for helping her get comfortable around people, carts, noises, and new environments. The staff was friendly and understanding, and several employees even stopped to compliment her behavior and interact with her calmly, which made the training experience even better. As a mobile notary public and apostille facilitator with NEA Notary Solutions, I appreciate businesses that create a professional yet welcoming environment for the community — and this Home Depot location definitely does that. Whether you’re shopping for home improvement supplies, training a young dog, or just running errands around Jonesboro, I highly recommend this location for excellent customer service and a pet-friendly atmosphere.

The management at this particular Home Depot would not admit their mistake until they had changed their story several times about my people picking up some mowers, which they did not. They tried everything they could to not take responsibility for their lack of organization. I finally went up there in person and the manager tried to give me another made up story but when I called her on it, she disappeared and probably got instructions to resolve the issue. I eventually got my $7000 back but only because I was persistent. I will not do business with them for a long time if ever again. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE AND MANAGERS WITH INTEGRITY ISSUES. Biannca was great!

I had an outstanding experience at Home Depot thanks to Ashley at the customer service desk. From the moment I walked up, she greeted me with a friendly attitude and was genuinely eager to help. I had a situation that wasn’t exactly simple, but Ashley handled it like a true professional—calm, knowledgeable, and patient the entire time. She took the time to really listen to what I needed, asked the right questions, and made sure everything was handled correctly from start to finish. You can tell she knows her job inside and out. What really stood out was her willingness to go the extra mile—she didn’t rush me, didn’t brush anything off, and made sure I left completely taken care of. Customer service like that is hard to find these days. Ashley turned what could’ve been a frustrating situation into a smooth and easy experience. Home Depot is lucky to have someone like her representing them. I’ll definitely be coming back, and I hope I get her help again next time!
